Farm Rescue is a nonprofit organization that helps family farmers experiencing major injury, illness or natural disaster. Since the founding in 2006, Farm Rescue has helped over 200 farm families by planting or harvesting their crops. Operating in five states in the upper Midwest: North Dakota, South Dakota, eastern Montana, Minnesota, and Iowa, Farm Rescue is run almost completely by volunteer labor and is funded by sponsorship, grants, and donations.
